What is subtle spell 5e?

Subtle Spell is a metamagic option available to sorcerers in the 5th edition of Dungeons & Dragons. When casting a spell that has somatic and/or verbal components, a sorcerer can spend 1 sorcery point to use Subtle Spell and remove those components from the spellcasting process. This allows the sorcerer to cast spells without the need for any physical or verbal actions, making it excellent for spellcasting in situations where subtle actions are necessary, or where silence or stealth is required. Additionally, the Subtle Spell attribute adds a feeling of implied, deeper power to the spellcasting, since there is no visible evidence to show that a spell was cast.
